DaBOOKS Program Overview

DaBOOKS is a comprehensive extensive reading program that facilitates the reading and learning of English texts from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, a leading American textbook publisher.

1. Level Test
   • Assessment through a test designed to identify the appropriate reading level across a total of 10 levels.
2. Reading Program
   • Before Reading: Pre-Reading activities and Word Study
   • During Reading: Engaging with the story
   • After Reading: Activities include Comprehension exercises, Word Match, Word Games, Book Reports, and Read Aloud sessions.
3. Book History Management
   • A monthly overview of the learner's reading history is provided through a detailed book history chart.
   • Vocabulary review for each book is supported through a designated Word List and Word Sheet.
4. User Information
   • Access to book learning requires the purchase of a subscription.
   • Learning is only available in an environment with WiFi connectivity.
